How early should we start?

4 to 6 months before the event date. The guide is live 2 to 3 weeks after you send your content.

What if the programme changes?

Who draws the event map?

We do. Booqi has its own cartographers, so the event map is drawn for your event and the EventBooqi matches the guide.

What if a start time or a stage moves?
